Efi graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (BSc – History and Philosophy of Science) and from the University of Maastricht (MA on European Studies on Society, Science and Technology – ESST). Efi is a PhD candidate at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of History and Philosophy of Science (HPS). Her dissertation focuses on the Community research and development programmes (R&D) and the consecutive, funded, photovoltaic technoscientific research networks, covering the period from 1975 to 2020. For the purposes of her research she visited the British Library, whilst being a Visiting Researcher in Imperial College London, Centre for Environmental Policy, from October to December 2019.
